The registration fee of the Postgraduate Course includes:
- Admission to postgraduate course
- Coffee breaks on Wednesday
- Light lunch on Wednesday
The registration fee of the Scientific Meeting includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to the poster and technical exhibition
- Congress materials such as delegate bag, final programme
- Coffee breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Light lunch on Thursday and Friday
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the congress office will send a confirmation form to the participant which also serves as an invoice. Please show this confirmation of participation at the registration counter when picking up your congress material.
When registering for the FNM 2018, please arrange for payment of registration fee. All payments must be made in EUR. You may choose between two modes of payment: credit card or bank transfer. We strongly recommend credit card payment as charges for bank transfers may apply twice, once in the country of origin, and a second time in the target country.

In case of bank transfer by your organization please make sure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants it is necessary to include all relevant names.

Cancellation of Participation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Congress Office CPO HANSER SERVICE. For more information, please read the general conditions.
Letter of Invitation
The congress office will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to registered delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the FNM 2018 to provide any financial support. Please make sure that you apply for visa well in advance. Please note that it can take up to 3 months to process a visa application. Invitation letters can be requested in the online registration process until 20 June 2018. The letters will be sent as an email attachment. If express delivery is required, the delegate shall order a courier at his/her own expense.

If your company would like to invite participants to the FNM 2018 in Amsterdam, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following information:
- Number of registrations / country group / registration fee
- Group name / pharmaceutical company
- Please note that contact details of each participant* are mandatory for the name list submission.
- Invoice address
- VAT number
Payment is kindly requested by 23 May 2018 if you like to take advantage of the early bird registration fee. The deadline for the submission of the names is 1 August 2018.
